The "Scale" Element

This element contains scale information. This version of the OrganSpec standard defines no attributes, so all scale information must be placed in a Remark. Here is a list of some information being considered for inclusion:

note	the note name
frequency	the frequency in herz of this note
diameter	the diameter of a cylindrical pipe, at the languid (inside or outside?)
taper	the ratio of the mouth diameter and top diameter
cutup	the cut-up of the mouth, expressed as a fraction of the mouth width
mouthWidth	the mouth width of a cylindrical pipe, expressed as a fraction of the circumference
width	the width (side to side) of a quadrangular pipe
depth	the depth (front to back) of a quadrangular pipe
gauge	the thickness of the metal (or wood)
languid	the thickness of the languid
length	the speaking length of the pipe body
halving	the number of notes before the diameter halves

Also: beards, ears, slots, piercings, bells, chimneys, harmonic bridges.
